How we invest
Hollandse Vastgoed Combinatie is an independent real estate investment company focused on acquiring, allocating capital to and actively managing residential and commercial property. With a long-term strategy we invest in carefully selected property markets in the Netherlands and beyond.
Our focus covers single assets as well as large portfolios in the residential, commercial and light-industrial sectors. For each investment period our Investment Committee decides which regions and segments receive new capital, weighing market liquidity, demographic development, the rental market, replacement value and long-term value creation.
We are not an agent or intermediary. When we buy, we act as the buyer ourselves, within the available mandate. From first analysis and valuation to due diligence, structuring and completion, everything is coordinated in-house. That lets us move quickly when a property fits, without compromising our investment discipline.
